1.Eyes:
Relaxed hands with light touch.
Treats: Eyes, sinus, pituitary gland, one of the en-docrine glands relating to physical growth and the third eye chakra.

 

 

2. Busy Brain Position:
Thumbs in the valleys next to eyes.
Treats: The body of the brain, the TMJ ( temporal mandibular joint ), tension in the jaw which may affect the neck, spine and back.

 

 

3.Head Cradle -Occipital:
Hands together cupping head, comforting.
Treats: Optic nerve, memories, creativity, literal and larger vision, basic sense of support, security and self image.

 

 

4. Cosmic Vacuum Cleaner:
Sit at 45° angle to the head.
Treats: Brain stem, crown chakra, the main gateway of energy to the human being, mental clarity, pineal gland, depression.

 

 

5. Floating Hands or Hands from the Side:
Treats:Thyroid, larynx, lymph nodes, chakra of expression, sore throats,speaking up for self, un-expressed anger.
